At The Nanny Academy, we believe that the best nannies are not defined by their academic history, they are defined by their heart. Our programme is designed to be fully inclusive, welcoming anyone with a genuine passion for working with children, regardless of their educational background, previous qualifications or career history. We do not select students based on grades. We select them based on character.

The Nanny Academy is proud to be an approved NCFE centre, with our course offering an accredited Level 3 childcare qualification, reflecting our commitment to delivering professional training of the highest standard. Our 12 week immersive residential programme is designed to shape the next generation of exceptional childcare professionals. Set within beautiful accommodation and taught by industry leading experts, this is not traditional learning, it is a hands on, real world education.

From newborn care and sleep to child development, behaviour, etiquette and working within private households, every element has been carefully designed to prepare students for the realities and expectations of a professional nanny career.

Students live, learn and train together, gaining practical experience with children while building confidence, professionalism and instinct.

Graduates leave not only fully prepared, but connected, with lifelong agency support, exceptional job opportunities and a network that can open doors across the world.
